Generally, we are serving older adults who are experiencing the challenges of aging, including those who are struggling to go about their daily lives due to limited physical mobility.

How does home care work?

To begin, we provide a home assessment to our clients. During the assessment, we identify and recognize the needs and preferences of the patient, including his or her family. A home care assessment allows us to personalize a well-suited care plan. The care plan will be modified accordingly as the needs of the patient evolve.
