Helping families and patients receive the support they need at home
In-home family support is designed for individuals who may not be able to live in their homes without any external support. Generally, patients who receive this program live with their families. This program focuses on the patient’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual functioning.
Families who have a loved one enrolled in this program are also provided support to increase their capabilities of caring for their vulnerable loved ones.
